Return Policy

Our return policy at US Pet Haven allows for returns within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please email support@uspethaven.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for where and how to send the package. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item to ensure the fastest processing time.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
